Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Online Payment
- Credit/Debit Card
- Instalments via Credit Card (subject to the company’s discretion and is only applicable for packages of 25 pax and above per module)
- Buy Now Pay Later
Rescheduling
In the event that there is a need for you to reschedule your Training Course, you may submit a notice in writing fifteen (15) days in advance of the Course.
Yes, there will be additional charges for rescheduling. The charges shall be determined by the Training Provider by considering all expenses incurred.
Cancellation
In the event you cancel the confirmed Course at any time, you will not be entitled to a refund of any payment made vis-à-vis the Training Course. In this circumstance, you will be entitled to reschedule the Training Course subject to the availability of the Training Provider.
Yes, there will be additional charges for cancellation of a Course. The charges shall be determined by the Training Provider.
Request for Modification of Course Materials
The Training Provider will endeavour to accommodate reasonable requests for changes relating to a Course after confirmation, if it is considered reasonable and practical to do so. However, do note that such requests are to be communicated with the Training Provider for further consultations.
The Training Provider will be entitled to increase the Course price by fifteen percent (15%) in accommodating the reasonable requests by the Customers pertaining to modification of course materials.
Logistics
Pursuant to our terms and conditions, we will not be responsible for making all travel arrangements of the attendees in relation to the Training Course, unless expressly agreed to in writing between the Training Provider and the Customer subject to any applicable payment thereto being made by the Customer.
Pursuant to our terms and conditions, we will not provide any logistics or accommodation arrangement of the attendees in relation to the Training Course, unless expressly agreed to in writing between the Training Provider and the Customer subject to any applicable payment thereto being made by the Customer.
Pursuant to our terms and conditions, we will not be responsible for meals throughout the Training Course, unless expressly agreed to in writing between the Training Provider and the Customer subject to any applicable payment thereto being made by the Customer.
The Training Course may be conducted at the Customer’s premises. However, the Customer will be responsible to provide fit, adequate and safe premises, training room(s) facilities and other necessary resources to be utilized throughout the Training Course.
Other Enquiries
Upon the successful completion of the Course and the assessment after the Course, you will receive a certificate issued by the Training Provider.
After purchasing the Course modules, the Training Provider will contact you to discuss the date of the Training Course according to our monthly schedule. Do contact us directly if you have further queries in regard to our monthly schedule.
It is not possible for you to view our Course materials. However, do contact us directly if you wish to clarify further the Course materials for each module.
